Adelaide Warehouse & Distribution Services (AWDS) was founded by Tony Giles in 1988. Over the past four decades, the AWDS team have built on their extensive knowledge and experience in warehousing, distribution and supply chain management to become a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner.
Today, AWDS proudly employs more than 50 dedicated, experienced and professionally trained logistics managers and warehouse personnel. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, reflecting the strength of our culture and commitment to long-term service excellence.
As an independently owned and operated business, we offer the flexibility to adapt to our clients’ 3PL requirements while maintaining a consistent and controlled operational framework. This approach allows us to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions across local, interstate, and international distribution. Our dedicated AWDS delivery fleet operates locally daily (across the Adelaide metropolitan area), ensuring responsive and reliable service.
Our facility is designed to support efficient, high-volume operations, with configurable storage options including pallet racking, shelving, and block stacking. Each client’s inventory is managed within structured, clearly defined areas to support accuracy, traceability, and operational control.
